Either the hotel has meanwhile improved or others were just unlucky, but we didn’t experience any of the negative aspects mentioned in the comments. We had a brand new refurbished and very clean room with touch screens, air-con was working perfectly. The pool is very clean, we spent several hours in there. Breakfast buffet has a large choice (both western and Sri Lanka) with great quality. We also went for the diner buffet, wich also offered excellent food at a reasonable price (6000 rupies for two persons except drinks). The hotel lies in walking distance from the train station on a main road, but our room headed to the inner court with the swimming pool and we could not hear any traffic. I can’t say anything about the TV program as I’m not staying in hotels to watch TV.

Very nice Staff, very helpful. Closer to hospital for any emergency. Right in front of a boutique where you can buy any item as gifts. Being a sri lankan, I recommend to any expatriate to patronise.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Kandyan Reach Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, a great experience. Higly recommend!

Nice hotel conveniently located a short distance from the city. Amazing and helpful staff especially the young lady on reception. Clean and very comfortable. Good value for money. Food in the resteraunt was excellent Highly recommended. THANK YOU

I liked that the property was a bit out of town and the large bedrooms. Pool was large and mostly had it to myself

The food is very delicious .room is very clean and comfortable .staff are very friendly The location is convenient because you can quickly go to places like Kandy, Pinnawala, and Dambulla from here.

Perfectly located close to amenities. Rooms located away from all the hustle bustle and very Clara’s and spacious. Staff is caring and friendly. Great value for money.
